OTI stands for developing Christlike disciples for India. We believe our world needs Christ-like people to proclaim the good news. At OTI, students are challenged and motivated to engage in the mission to establish unity, love, and peace in a broken world.

OTI functions with the conviction that ‘all are one in Christ. Therefore, we give the opportunity to everyone committed to serving the LORD without any denominational variation, equipping them to become witnessing communities of Christ in India through providing Bible-based, Christ-centred, and context-relevant education. 

We believe that knowledge without character is dangerous. Adopting Christlike nature is essential to glorify God and to be a blessing to our neighbours. The leaders and their exemplary life stand as a signpost for our students to follow the path of Christ. 

In this world of uncertainty and anxiety, we equip our students to grow in Christlikeness and His wisdom. We impart God’s love in the spirit of truth.
